This token is currently classified as Halal, subject to the condition that impure income from non-compliant transactions is purified.

JitoSOL is considered halal in principle, but not as a clean unrestricted yield token. It represents staked SOL and accrues staking rewards and MEV-related benefits, while the underlying Solana validation activity involves mixed transactions. Based on the Shariah review, JitoSOL is permissible subject to income purification, meaning any portion of rewards attributable to haram transactions should be donated to charity. Users should also distinguish between the token’s base permissibility and any separate DeFi uses or non-compliant activities involving the token.
